Great Rug
I had a really difficult time trying to purchase a carpet to go with my living room décor. Finally decided to take a chance and purchase this one as it wasn't a huge investment and if I didn't like it I could live with the loss. I was very pleasantly surprised by the rug, it looks great the price was terrific and the quality is excellent. I had no intention of paying thousands of dollars for a handmade item that I could get for a fraction of the price in a machine made product, so its perfect and I am very happy with my purchase. The ivory one is exactly the colours in the picture.

You get what you pay for
These rugs are clearly not top quality, but for the price I believe they are good value. I just wanted something to protect my floors from dogs and these should fill the bill nicely while providing warmth and enhancement to my décor. I can't believe how they managed to get both rugs and two thick underpads into such a small package, but they obviously have lots of experience doing this. They folded the large carpet twice onto itself before rolling it up and you can see the resulting creases in the picture, but they seemed to flatten out pretty well when the carpet was laid out for a while. (Ignore the grey fabric swatches - they didn't come with the carpet!) There is an odour to the carpet which is no doubt a result of the manufacturing process which I'm sure will dissipate over time.

Short of beautiful
The carpet that we chose must look cottage style. Well we were more than impressed once it arrived. It is hard to choose from a picture but the picture we viewed did not do this carpet justice. It is far more gorgeous in real life. Quality is excellent and vacuums up beautifully. Delivery was prompt and the tracking was simple. Best item ever bought on line.

Great rug. Definitely worth purchasing the quality pad, it makes the rug feel luxurious underfoot and the rug will probably last a lot longer thanks to the extra cushion the pad provides. Colours are a bit more dull than I expected. The creases created by folding the rug for shipping smoothed out within a couple of days. Very happy with price, service and quality of product.

gorgeous rug
We needed a 20' runner for our long hallway, and this was the only one that would fit with our decor, but I did not have much in the way of expectations. However when it arrived it was so soft and thick and as it turns out looks great. A pleasure to walk on and significantly dampens the sound of our toddler running down the hall. Very happy with the purchase.

Brilliant colours and wonderful quality!
I just got this rug, after purchasing the smaller version for my entrance way. I needed something to brighten up the living room (I had a cream shag rug that was not good for my allergies) and this did the trick. It looks just as wonderful as it does on the web site and is very good quality! It arrived quickly and customer service was terrific as I needed the order delayed a few days while on holiday. It was such a bargain too. I will definitely come back for all my rug purchases!

Pleasantly surprised!
Very pleased with this rug! Ran into a snag trying to order online, but Customer Service were very helpful and the rug was ordered and shipped in a timely fashion. Just received today so can't say how it will hold up, but color is very rich, quality is nicer than expected for this price, and rug is very soft underfoot. Purchased the premium underlay as well. Very impressed!

I am looking for a carpet with these tones. I am really after something that is more towards taracotta/more of a brownish red. Rusty is the description but the photos appear red. I would like to clarify the colour before ordering. Thanks
