I have had this rig for about a month now. It’s been a great rug for me! Wanted a low maintenance that look good with my decor. I was in search of more neutral rug that brought interest through pattern and this rug delivered on all fronts. I also bought a separate rug pad to give a more cushy feel under foot. It took a while but the rug now lays flat over the pad and there are more creases. Corners and sides lay flat as well.
I used this rug for my open concept living room. Also got this matching rug for my dining room. These rugs came fast and are great quality. Color is on point and I love the pattern! Easy to clean and material is just high enough to get those nice carpet lines after a good vacuum

I emailed the company inquiring about their return policy and they provided me with a few options. They don't have an exchange policy per say but the option I was given was great! I was given the option of returning the rug and purchasing a new one but due to the high cost of having to pay to ship the rug back they provided me be option of keeping the first rug I ordered and ordering a new rug at a discounted price of $35% off. I recieved $122 off the purchase of my larger rug and it shipped in a reasonable amount of time. I'm very happy with the rug quality and great customer service I recieved. I will definitely order again and recommend rugs.ca to a friend!
