I was skeptical of ordering another rug online as I got hosed before but decided to take a chance on Rugs.ca. The ordering and payment process were easy and straightforward and I was notified when my product shipped. My rugs arrived 5 days later and there were no duty charges - yay! As for the rugs themselves I can't tell you how completely drop dead gorgeous they are. Super Soft. Beautifully deigned with a cream background and warm grey cool grey and bright green. NON-SHEDDING. Highly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
