Beautiful rug

I was hesitate to order such a large rug through online without seeing it first. However I'm so glad I did. It is perfect for my indoor sunroom . I really like the texture . I have a small indoor dog and so far the texture of the rug isn't a carpet type which holds onto dog hair. It is not the plastic texture either which I am happy it isn't. Just a pleasant feel under bare feet Not rough like jute a texture.

I purchased six rugs by this designer (five runners and one 2x3'). This was a very frustrating buying experience. Not only were every one of the rugs flawed (i.e. not square frayed at binding weave errors resulting is loops in the body of one rug ripple-y with curled corners which will not lay flat no matter what I do) but trying to make anyone at customer service understand my needs was near to impossible! The first agent I spoke with had even hinted at a discount if I didn't want to go to the trouble of sending the rugs back. Three of the runners were 13' long so it would have been difficult. Then I received an email that said I could get a $10 refund or a $20 store credit but that was just for the smallest rug. Never could I get anyone to address the issues with the rest of my rugs which had been split off into a second order. Long story short the refund was never offered for the other rugs and they wanted me to bundle all five runners together so that we may request a single return label. My suggestion? Buy from another supplier. It wasn't worth the headache or the $! Too bad because they designs and colors were great!

Beautiful and better than expected but not perfect

I love my new rug. It is beautiful and very soft for an outdoor rug. My only concern is that the edge is already getting fuzzy after only a couple of weeks simply by sweeping leaves off of it with a broom. Hopefully I can trim off the fuzz without damaging it.
