Thick rug pad with rubber to grip the hardwood floor and felt on top to adhere to my wool rug. This is exactly what my rug needed to stop it from bunching up and to keep it in place. It's also nice and cushioned underfoot.

No complaints about the quality just one area of opportunity is that every time I receive a pad I end up having to cut it to size - always too big. Minor inconvenience but it’s just additional step and not custom fitted to size as described.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12These are cushier than the other less expensive non-slip pad they sell. I like them better and they don't much more than the other one. They can be cut to size by the customer so don't be deterred if they don't have the exact size to fit you rugs.

It’s feels very nice underfoot and our rugs don’t move at all despite the pillaging boards of children and dogs who stampede through our house on a regular basis. I also felt like this was an investment beyond the rug. My rugs aren’t particularly expensive but these make them feel more so and they will outlast the rugs. I will be able to continue to use them for many years even if the rugs need to change.

Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9I ordered the 4x6 Uni-Luxe rug and it fit perfectly underneath my rug. Note the dimensions are slightly smaller which is helpful so that it doesn't peek through underneath the rug. The pad is fairly thin but it still helps add cushioning upgrading the feel of the rug. I also purchased the non-slip rug because I was not sure if the Uni-Luxe would be slip proof. I could have gotten away with just the Uni-Luxe as the bottom is slip proof. I recommend this product.
I don’t write reviews often but since getting a rug from another company I wanted to encourage people to not give up. The rug I ordered from another company last month was so unbelievably toxic smelling so ugly compared with the picture on-line and such a hassle to repackage and return that when this rug arrived I iimplored my husband not to open it! I just wanted him to return it right away and my intention was to never order a rug online again!! All this to say this rug is more beautiful than the photograph soft to sit on and the purchase of the pad is an essential for plushness of appearance and comfort. Plus NO toxic smell...None at all! I’m a very satisfied customer. We positioned the rug so the lobster could be viewed easily. It’s a beauty!!
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12The rug I got was thinner than the rug I replaced and it wanted to wrinkle. This solved the issue. I asked if it was safe for a vinyl floor...the rubber backing and they said yes. I am not sure if that is correct and there may be a chance it will discolor or react with the vinyl planks. (only reason it's not a 5 star) I will check now and then to be sure it's ok. I took the chance since I always intend to have a rug in this room so even if the color changes a little it won't ever show. It does work as described and makes the rug feel good under-foot and look nicer as well. I am happy I got it.

Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8I bought this well made and thick pad in hopes it would grip both the floor and the rug but I found it didn't do the trick for me. The two started sliding apart within 1 hour of walking on the carpet. The pad also didn't help settle the rug which still after 1 month still has wave wrinkles in it. Now I have to figure out what to do with this pad as it is not returnable. For me even though it is a good quality product (because it can't be returned) it was a very expensive mistake.
