Unacceptable Products and Business Practices

Arrived in appalling condition so tightly and irregularly folded that the creases won't come out. The company tried to say that there's nothing wrong with it and so we have to pay a ridiculous amount to return it. It's a pretty cheap and nasty product and apparently a cheap and nasty company as well - avoid at all costs.

Lovely Rug a lot more white in real life!

I risked ordering it thinking it might be darker than the picture shows. But it arrived and wow!! Exactly what I was searching for. It’s a lot more of a white/grey blend I’m not sure why the picture gives it a brown tint. I would recommend buying a rug mat right away because it is a pretty thin rug (on carpet it will sit fine but on hardwood it will slide.)

Although the rugs are a fine quality, we bought 2 identical rugs to put side by side in our patio, and there is a definite difference in the color tones. BE ADVISED.

This is the second time I am buying this rug. I use it as a runner in the front door down the hallway.. it got too dirty unfortunately it was a rough winter. I sprayed protectant on this one with protectant!!!! Quality is also five stars. It won’t let me press it.

Delivered to wrong address

Very slow delivery. Confirmed new address and despite long calls was assured would be delivered to meet address. It was not. Very poor service from start to finish - albeit not finished yet!

I would love to tell you but the delivery has been delayed and so it’s now due a week later than originally scheduled

It was exactly like the reviews. Yes it came folded but as I was putting it under my bed it was no problem. Nice on the feet too
