I called them back the next day and was told in order to get the correct rug I would have to send back the rug I didn't order at my expense they sent me a video showing me what to do. I had to purchase a tarp and packing tape at a cost of $15 wrap it up and then take it to UPS. Eventually I received the correct rug when you factor in the additional $15 makes the purchase price not quite as good as it originally seemed.
