Problem is when they ship it there is no cardboard tube it’s rolled in so during shipping it get squashed and major creases occur. I have been trying to get creases out for two weeks and they are still there. Tried everything you tube has to offer. I should not have to go through all of this for a runner rug but thinking about gluing it to a backer and hope that works if not I will burn this rug in my fire pit. Sorry at work and don’t have pics of it…but large creases across the width.
We were so excited about the star design and ordered 2 long runners for our entry. After several weeks we are still unable to keep the rugs flat, even after ordering rug mats. We also tried rolling them backwords. The rugs have created a tripping hazard and we have older members in our household.
