Feel plastic

We bought another shaggy rug from the site and was extremely happy with the quality. This one looks nice but feel very plastic under the feet. It’s more core stringy than soft plushy feel. Will have to return and exchange for something else.

Love the rug and the color but if you look hard enough you will see one side isn’t a perfect t circle. Almost has a flat edge on one side. Not enough to send it back but just pointing it out
