Beautiful rug BUT...

This rug perfectly suits my space and needs. I wanted something durable and colorful. The colors are beautiful; just as pictured! It's made well shipping was quick and the sale price was great. BUT...one problem and it's significant; it came so tightly rolled (inside out) that I have not been able to get it to lay completely flat. Because of the rigid material it's made of (it's an outdoor rug) it's been impossible to handroll it to flatten it. I have laid it out upside down with weights on the ends but even after several weeks the ends still curl up. It's created a tripping hazard. HELP!

I like the rug though the colors are not as vivid as shown in the web site but the rug does have those colors. It was rolled up so tight and double sealed in plastic I'm still trying to get it to lay flaty.
