Exceptional customer service! I purchased three outdoor rug and pads recently and have not used them yet but they look great. Because I was pleased with them I purchased two indoor rugs. One is just what I wanted and the other rug is also going to work. The color was not exactly what I expected on the second one but it is very pretty. The products are very reasonable for the prices. They all look great and more expensive that what I paid for them but the customer service is a huge reason why I've become a loyal customer.
