Folded up to ship so we rolled them up for a week and still wrinkles all over ... won't lay flat ... worst rugs I've ever purchased!!
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · IvoryLove the rug, however, it came folded and not rolled. It was super wrinkled. There were instructions on the back to remove them but I had to Google better instructions. I flipped the rug face down and let it rest a few days. Then i used a steam iron over a damp white towel to iron the wrinkled out. I had to do this a couple of times on my 9x12 rug. Very labor intensive and time consuming. But I love the rug so I didnt mind. It now is laying flat.
