It was also shorter than 9”. I thought I must have got a lemon or something. I ordered another one after returning the previous one. Sure enough the second one has the same issue with the cuts not being straight and on top of that it had a flaw in it and did not lay flat. Find a different rug or company. I’m moving on.
Very soft and feels good on the feet. And, our fur-baby Olive loves it. Makes it so easy for her to jump on the bed!!
