This Ardabil runner is hand made in Iran from 100% wool, offering a substantial medium pile and authentic tribal character. The composition features a rich bordeaux field anchored by a linear row of geometric medallions. Stylised floral and geometric tribal motifs accent the central column in shades of burgundy, black, cream, muted yellow, and grey, all framed by a detailed multi-band border. The dense wool construction provides lasting resilience underfoot, complemented by subtle fringing at the ends.
Measuring 384 cm x 117 cm, this long runner brings warmth and structure to high-traffic areas such as expansive hallways, grand entryways, or wide gallery landings. Its deep bordeaux and earthy tones pair naturally with dark wood flooring, antique oak or walnut sideboards, and wrought iron hardware, as well as neutral stone or cream-tiled corridors.
