The carpets are exactly what I expected based on the the on-line photos and the see it in your room tools. I'm pleased with the choice. The quality appears to be very good and the items were shipped in a very thick plastic. The items were recently received so I can't comment on wear characteristics.The order process was very easy and included tracking information for all of the purchased items. My call to customer service with a few questions was answered quickly and I received the information I needed. The customer service was very good.

Reviewing a different size or color: 5 Ft Round · Navy BlueDislike was it was too thin for my outdoor patio, that has a lot of wind blowing. Perfect for indoors. If no wind it would be great outside. The product I rate 5-Stars. So, I called to return it. WOW!!! Great customer service no issues they asked me what was wrong and then they set up a pick date. I was having trouble getting the return labels on my email we tried but they would not come thru and yet they never gave up I finally got them. Also, when you call there's, a LIVE PERSON helping. NO AI JUNK! I would rate their customer service a 10-Plus Will be Ording Carpets for inside my home. And their sections of carpets are awesome. Roger
Reviewing a different size or color: 4 Ft Round · BlackDer Teppich sieht nach einer Woche aus wie wenn ihn eine Kuh im Mund gehabt hätte. Er zieht Fäden am Rand. Im hellen Bereich ist ein Faden gerissen und der Teppich und bricht auf. Die Qualitätsprobleme sind offensichtlich. Der Teppich ist zwar optisch schön, wir haben ihn aber scho zurück gegeben. Still working to get the rug I ordered and now I have to go through the bother of shipping back the other one. Hopefully this will be resolved in a positive way, but don't know yet
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · BlackIt was exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was fast. However, I do wish they could package the rugs rolled up and shipped in a tube. The rug arrived folded, along with the padding and the fold marks are still in the rug after a couple weeks on mu lanai.
