It took 4 business days from North Carolina to Ontario Canada. Quality was good soft to the touch a little more blue than I expected. I found that the back had a slightly sticky feel to it. On the other hand the Kensington rug is gorgeous. It is thicker and the colors are spot on . The only thing that puzzled me is that the pattern is totally different than the one on the site. Also there was no exchange or taxes added to my credit card which was a bonus!

I personally think the rug looks greenish blue in the photo but the description only mentions blue so wanted to put that caveat there. That was fine for us because everything in our room is neutral but if you need true blue this is more greenish blue. Still beautiful and looks as nice as the photo. Oh and ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Friday in the UK! Very soft under foot even with the lower pile length.
