5' 1 x 8' Hand Woven Lana New Zealand Wool Rug

Arrived dirty, unwrapped, and no response to my complaints

I ordered the 9'x12' Hand Woven Lana Wool Rug and it arrived in unacceptable condition. There was no protective wrapping, no label, and no packing slip just the bare rug, covered in dirt and debris. The UPS driver delivering it told me he personally wouldn't have accepted it in that state. I needed it the same day for an event, so I couldn't refuse delivery and ended up trying to clean it myself. The rug is also extremely large and heavy, which makes returning it a real burden for a problem I didn't create. I've reached out to customer service more than once asking for a refund and have not received any response. I'm disappointed in both the product's condition on arrival and the lack of support afterward. I'd caution others to be aware of how these ship and how hard it is to get help if something goes wrong.

Love this rug

It's thick, comfy, and seems high quality. It adds a cozy texture to our living room. Didn't notice any smell, and the shedding has been minimal. It also laid flat overnight.

Great rug

We have not had very long, but it looks like we wanted and feels good under your feet. Seems to be well made.

Cozy rug

This rug looks so beautiful in person and adding a thick carpet pad under it made it a very cozy rug. It does shed so be aware but any rug with wool will initially shed.

Wonderful Neutral Rug

I spent way too long looking for a neutral wool rug that had beautiful texture at a more affordable price and this was the right choice! It is warm colored , but mellow within the range. There was no bad smell upon opening and it relaxed beautifully. It feels good underfoot and looks expensive while not grabbing attention with a complicated color or pattern. I am on day one, but I am so happy! Since color reference is so important in a rug, it is see here against very bright warm woods bordering on orange, so you can see it isn’t bright the same way but holds its own, even in this mixed window and fluorescent lighting.

Dreamy Rug

This rug exceeded my expectations. It's so thick and soft. And the pattern has a modern but Boho kinda vibe. Feels very rich.
