Customers love this versatile rug for its striking pattern, soft texture, and exceptional value across a wide variety of rooms. Many reviewers highlight how well it elevates their decor while remaining durable and easy to clean during daily family life. A few shoppers recommend pairing it with a rug pad to prevent slipping on smooth surfaces and to add extra cushion underfoot.
I used this rug for my open concept living room. Also got this matching rug for my dining room. These rugs came fast and are great quality. Color is on point and I love the pattern! Easy to clean and material is just high enough to get those nice carpet lines after a good vacuum

Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Beige and GrayI originally purchased this rug in a smaller size (5x7) and when I put it in my living room it was too small for my space. I emailed the company inquiring about their return policy and they provided me with a few options. They don't have an exchange policy per say but the option I was given was great! I was given the option of returning the rug and purchasing a new one but due to the high cost of having to pay to ship the rug back they provided me be option of keeping the first rug I ordered and ordering a new rug at a discounted price of $35% off. I recieved $122 off the purchase of my larger rug and it shipped in a reasonable amount of time. I'm very happy with the rug quality and great customer service I recieved. I will definitely order again and recommend rugs.ca to a friend!
