Exactly what I wanted

I searched for 2 months for the exact rug I wanted. I went to literally every store in my city and none of them had what I wanted..maybe because of covid I'm not sure. I HATE buying things online because I'm a terrible online shopper. I looked at this rug probably 100 times and read every review over and over again. When it arrived I was SO HAPPY! It's super soft and doesn't have that weird fake-carpet feel that so many shag rugs have. My best friend actually lived my rug so much she bought the same one for her place. The length of the shag is perfect and obviously my dog loves it too. Would highly recommend this rug.

Be Careful About The Return Policy....

The item showed well on the website but when it arrived the quality was poor. The company was happy to take it back but they charged me $170.00+ to return it. Plus I had to take time out of my day to get it to the courier. Their return policy should prominently displayed so that you understand what you are getting into in the first place. I did mention that I was not happy with their return policy but no relief was provided.
