I bought this for our living room. I have 2 toddlers so I'm always on the floor. We LOVE being on this rug. It has been a month and the shag looks great (I know give it time lol) The color is definitely a tad lighter than I wanted but it works and it vacuums nicely.

This rug was a slightly less saturated color than we expected but it was the perfect choice. It does not shed and the pile is nice and full. No bare spots.
