I couldn’t be happier with this rug and rug pad combination. We placed it on our large backyard patio overlooking the river, and it completely transformed the seating area into an outdoor room. It feels soft underfoot but is durable enough for everyday outdoor use. Even in full sun, the color has remained consistent and the rug lays flat without curling. The rug pad was absolutely worth adding. It keeps the rug securely in place, adds extra cushioning, and helps the rug feel more substantial and comfortable. Together, they make the space feel polished, inviting, and much more luxurious. After several weeks of use, including wind, rain, and plenty of entertaining, both the rug and pad have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend purchasing the pad along with the rug—you’ll be glad you did.

I returned it a month ago (3 days after receiving it) and have sent multiple emails to customer service explaining the situation. To date I have not received a response and am hoping this review will prompt one.

Unpacking and trying to make it lay flat is nearly impossible. The rug looks like rolling waves in the ocean. We have placed heavy objects on it, but it doesn’t seem to help. We paid a nice price for something that is a disappointment.

I thought it was brown on the picture and discription The rug is very good quality. A little lighter than expected. Would need a pad. I was very careful packing it back up in the original shipping packing. The company refunded me within a few days of receipt. I would definitely order from this company again

When it arrived, one edge was dirty and there were two areas in the rug where someone had "pulled" the yarn up. I decided to keep the rug because it would be so hard to return it, with the hope that it will not unravel over time.

The rug feels and appears to be good quality, but of course only time will tell. We are very happy with this purchase.

Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · BrownLove this rug - Our husky girl has developed leg issues in her old age so we are adding rugs around our hard wood floor to decrease the chance of her slipping - we added this rug in our kitchen area when she often waits to be feed then it's like a slip and slide when she would try to excitedly stand - this rug is excellent and looks fantastic - also easy to clean and vacuum to deal with the massive amount of Husky glitter! We will be buying our additional rugs from here too!
