I emailed the company inquiring about their return policy and they provided me with a few options. They don't have an exchange policy per say but the option I was given was great! I was given the option of returning the rug and purchasing a new one but due to the high cost of having to pay to ship the rug back they provided me be option of keeping the first rug I ordered and ordering a new rug at a discounted price of $35% off. I recieved $122 off the purchase of my larger rug and it shipped in a reasonable amount of time. I'm very happy with the rug quality and great customer service I recieved. I will definitely order again and recommend rugs.ca to a friend!
