The carpets are exactly what I expected based on the the on-line photos and the see it in your room tools. I'm pleased with the choice. The quality appears to be very good and the items were shipped in a very thick plastic. The items were recently received so I can't comment on wear characteristics.The order process was very easy and included tracking information for all of the purchased items. My call to customer service with a few questions was answered quickly and I received the information I needed. The customer service was very good.
