This rug is very soft beautiful and nice quality - thick enough to feel substantial but thin enough that it will fold into the washer. I have the runners on my covered front porch and have already received many compliments. The pattern was as pictured.

I really love the colors and the thickness of it but sadly what others have reported about its durability especially after being carefully washed has been true for my rug as well. The braids are indeed stitched together with weak thin thread and they come apart. Unfortunately I am now shopping to replace it. I do not recommend the rug for any high traffic area or its washability.

The recycled material looks like it will wash well and hold up to the wear and tear of being inside our front door during the Chicago winter. So far it is hiding stains from salty snow melt from our boots. I’m excited I will just be able to throw it in the washing machine if it gets scuzzy looking. It shipped much more quickly than I expected and I had it within just a couple of days. Rather than buying the rug pad for it through this website I found a significantly cheaper one elsewhere.
