There’s no clear method of returns on the website, confirmation email or receipt, so emailed customer service several days ago and still haven’t heard back.

Colors look exactly as pictured . Pretty rug and can work for most styles I use it in my office . It laid down perfectly flat right out of packaged roll . No regrets with this rug

Reviewing a different size or color: 2x3 · Antique RedIt's a beautiful muted color. sits flat and sturdy. I put a non slip pad and the rug lays well and doesn't move. The colors are matte finished and interesting without being distracting. I like it and plan to get a runner as well.
