AI Summary

Customers love the exceptionally soft, cozy texture and multidimensional colors that bring warmth to bedrooms and living areas. The plush shag pile feels luxurious underfoot and complements a wide variety of decor styles. While some customers note that the rug can arrive folded with creases, regular vacuuming and the addition of a rug pad help it settle flat and maximize comfort.

What customers love
  • +Ultra-soft and cozy plush shag texture
  • +Multitonal colors that add depth and visual interest
  • +Great decorative value for everyday living spaces
  • +Brightens rooms and coordinates easily with existing decor
Common concerns
  • -May arrive folded and take some time and vacuuming to fully flatten
  • -Shag pile has a relaxed, open weave rather than an ultra-dense structure
  • -Best paired with a rug pad to prevent shifting on hard floors

Very niceee!

Well-made soft and gorgeous color (pomegranate). Due to the slightly different shades of fibers it’s like a solid but with more depth. Love it!

Large rug runner and pads

The main rug was delayed but due to weather. Lots of snow here. The rug is as expected and all arrived well packaged and in great shape. The rugs are exactly as described and what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Rugs.ca and will use them again.
