It’s a beautiful rug and the colors are beautiful a little muted from the photo online but in the best way possible. If you like it buy it you will not be disappointed.

Bought it on sale for $269, and now I can see why it's another $20 discounted for August. Waiting for a carpet to carpet rug pad from a different company to see if it will help smooth the rug down because it's too hard to send back. I wouldn't buy it again if I had known there would be problems keeping it flattened.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 Oval · MultiOrdered a very nice rug the cost was very reasonable but the rug that was delivered was not what I ordered called customer service explained the situation to them and I was told to send them pictures of the rug and they would follow up. I called them back the next day and was told in order to get the correct rug I would have to send back the rug I didn't order at my expense they sent me a video showing me what to do. I had to purchase a tarp and packing tape at a cost of $15 wrap it up and then take it to UPS. Eventually I received the correct rug when you factor in the additional $15 makes the purchase price not quite as good as it originally seemed.

We were able to find the perfect pattern and colours. Delivery was within a week of ordering. We have had other carpets made in Turkey and knew that the quality was good. We also bought the underlay and it was well worth the additional cost because it protects the hardwood floor and give the rug a plush feel.
