Rug was shipped well packed (folded) and shipping was on time as advertised. Rug was better than we expected - thicker - very well made - and colors as reflected on site. True to size - large rug is excellent. Needed a durable rug for outside on stone patio at seating area. Woven like an authentic sisal. Can’t comment on durability as it’s a new purchase but am very pleased with the purchase. Our experience was flawless! (We purchased 2 rugs of different sizes - both are great).
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · NaturalThe 9' by 12' rug was shipped folded in half with a very deep crease through the entire middle of the rug that probably will never come out. I would have paid extra for the rug rolled up like it should have been rather than folded. What kind of carpet or rug company would ship like that???

Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · NaturalRugs are seemingly good quality. They are stiffer than I had anticipated. They came tightly rolled . I removed them from the the package and they were no where near flat. Curling up at all edges. I then resolved them the opposite way and left them for 4 days. Unwrapped them and they layer flat but only for about one hour. The edges are lifting up again. For the money spent I think I may have to return them.

Took it out immediately and placed flat on floor with backside up, then next day out to screen porch where it maybe took a day for most folds to flatten. The 8" round is perfect size. I especially was looking for a rug that could get wet when i give a quick hose down inside to freshen room. It also matches the lattice design I have on top of screen! Can't say enough good about it! I'm very happy and colors in pattern give it that jute like appearance.
