Placed our order on Saturday and it was delivered on Thursday (I live in Vancouver BC). It had a few lines when we unpacked it but it was easily smoothed out. About an hour later our 1 yr old threw mashed yams onto our new cream carpet. The stain came out with just a little dabbing! We are so pleased with our purchase!

The weave is quite wide but it is dense enough and looks goos & lies flat.It arrived within 3 days as promised. The pile is deep enough without underfelt for my grandson to tumble around on top of tiled floor.The sale price was good!

Both rugs look stunning on new wooden flooring. I would also like to praise the delivery guy who had difficulty accessing our property because of the size of his vehicle and some construction work taking place in the cul de sac. He carried the rug up a hill in order to deliver it. What a star!

The price that's shown is exactly what I paid. It was wrinkled when I got it but they vacuumed right out. I was very worried about ordering on a site I wasn't familiar with but it's a great site and I'll definitely use it again.
