I was so nervous this rug would not be the same color as pictured online...but it was! It's a very light beige with light taupey-gray striations. I was also afraid it wouldn't be soft...and when I unrolled it and walked on it it wasn't. Then my husband said he thought I put it down upside down (embarrassing....) and he was right! It is VERY soft on bare tootsies! The length is perfect and the price was I thought a wonderful value. I'm really happy with it!

I ordered in the light grey the nursery walls are pale blue and even make the rug look a little blue. However when not next to pale blue walls it is true grey. Also received the rug two days after ordering! Highly recommend!

The wool is lovely and soft. Came rolled; ends slightly turned up but perfectly flat within a week. I also purchased the performance underpad which makes the carpet even cushier. However our floor is not perfectly level and the underpad does not hold the carpet perfectly in place. Would probably be fine on a flat surface. Very pleased with the purchase and the service.

I think the delivery procedure, however, could have been more in keeping with the cost. The rug was placed outside my door, folded and half out of the plastic bag. Thankfully is was that wrong side that was dirty and needed to be vacuumed ahead of placement.
We wanted a round rug for under the piano. Looks great and so far happy with it! I may eventually add a pad underneath to make it a bit more plush but otherwise it’s good.

I was expecting it to shed as I've done some research on wool but so far haven't noticed any. I live in a mobile home with ice cold floors but now I don't feel it!2nd purchase from rugs.ca and neither have let me down.
