I was concerned that buying unseen and from a company never used could end in disaster. Only downfall really wrinkled. Turned it upside down and placed weighted objects to try and smooth it out—didn’t really work. I am hoping over time the weight of the desk will flatten the rug out. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
