I’m very satisfied with the quality of this rug. It looks great seems well made and the material is fairly soft but still durable. It looks more expensive than it was which is perfect for my high traffic entryway.

The room is large with a full glass shower on one end. I have trouble standing for any length of time so I had to throw towels on the floor to make it a cross the room so I could sit. This works great. It absorbs the drips from the shower right up and it goes with the colors in my bathroom.

I have called customer service three times and the best they can do is send out a form letter saying they're "doing their best" to look into it. I asked for a refund and they insisted I continue waiting day after day after day. This company has gone so fast downhill since I ordered from them 4 years ago. Do not recommend.
