We ordered this 4' 2 x 6' Georgia Rug in Dark Gray/Ivory along with another rug. This is the first time we used Rugs.ca. It was a lot bigger than I expected but it is soft on the feet. We put it in our entryway and it just makes it very welcoming. I cannot wait to start welcoming family and friends back to our house to admire this beautiful rug. It also arrived a lot faster than expected. Thank You!

The first day we had it my daughter dropped a bit of water on it and to my dismay the spot turned yellow immediately. After some research I found out jute turns yellow once water touches it as the fibers release some oils and absorb the water it is an ordeal to try to restore it. I dabbed a little vinegar in it and it did no good. My initial goal with this rug was to be able to spot treat it as was needed now I won't be able to do that! I'm still giving it four stars because I'm all for more natural rugs and hate the synthetic toxic ones and I don't think the jute is a major deal breaker as many people own jute successfully. If you plan on using this rug where there won't be so much foot traffic and you have no kids to spill something on it every 5 mn then this rug is for you. I loved everything about it and would have kept it if it had been 100% cotton as was advertised (no jute). For me the jute was a deal breaker.

The table is completely set on the interior of the white border which gives a very clean look. The material of this rug is not traditional carpet/looped it's fine threads woven. Not sure how well it will hold up with chairs moving across it or for cleaning up spills... But i'm hopeful! Might move it to the living room if it starts to show wear from the chairs. It has a very soft nice feel on your feet!
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · TaupeThe colors are true. I like the thin sturdy texture. What I do not like is the unevenness. The ends are not straight. The rug is crooked so I placed it to the back of the couch rather than in the kitchen as I intended.

I really wanted something with a minimal pattern and zero shine. This really delivered! It’s a nice neutral gray and a bright not very creamy white. The edges are still not quite flat but with time will hopefully flatten. I was concerned about the reviews saying the rug was not cut straight but mine came nice and square.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · TaupeThe rug is recycled (sustainable) doesn't contain plastic (so you're free of microplastic floating around in your house that you might consume) it doesn't shed! :) Love the quality of this rug. This rug isn't too white but it isn't beige either (the half assembled chair in the first picture is beige). It is ivory as stated - just a mild/dull white (It is NOT off white just a dull white). he ends are proper and square. Had no issues with that.

I had no expectations since there were not enough reviews or photos online to really get a good sense of the quality of the rug. I have two small children so I didn’t want something thick that would be hard to spot treat and vacuum or something too toxic off gassing in my house. I have thrown away wool rugs that get disgusting after only months of use. This one arrived rolled up and in excellent condition; it is on the thin side so it will be a breeze to spot treat and out it in the sun for a few minutes to dry out. I loved that it had literally minimal smell out of it’s packaging!!! I emailed the company prior to receiving this rug and they confirmed the backing is made of cotton and jute no latex. One of the edges is not lying flat but I trust that it will because all the others are. i love the diamond style it is literally impossible to find a cotton rug in this style. Best of all no polyester polypropylene or other synthetic fibers and no smell!!! I do think this rug is best for contemporary styles and it does shift without a pad underneath but I don’t mind. I love it!!!
