Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · IvoryI was actually expecting it to be thicker for a $200 rug. It was folded into a square so getting out the wrinkles are not going to be very easy. The color is more extreme. I thought it was going to be a little lighter. To me it looks like a cheap washable rug which I purposely didn’t buy because I wanted it to be richer looking. Unfortunately I’m not very happy with this product. But I’m going to keep it just so I don’t have to go through the hassle of returning it and it was so hard to get underneath my heavy sectional and I’m not about to go through that again. It won’t let me post photos because it’s saying that it doesn’t look like the rug I bought. I promise you it is though.
Reviewing a different size or color: 2x3 · IvoryThe colors in the online pictures look deep and moody. However the rug is received looks like a cheap Temu version. The colors are much lighter. The feel of it also makes my skin crawl. Would not recommend this product.

It is predominantly off white with gray/silver tones the pattern is subtle. Truthfully our home style of furnishing is traditional/transitional and this rug/pattern is perfect. Could be used with any color palette. Because of the size it came folded as opposed to rolled. It took about a week for it to settle down and I had to put heavy items on the creases to calm it down to the floor. It was worth the effort! Great price and arrived quickly. Would order from this company again and again.

I used the feature to see what the room looked like with this rug and it helped as I did not need as big a rug as I thought I did.Worth the money and worth the time.

Reviewing a different size or color: 13 Ft Runner · Fume GrayRug 7x10’ came folded and shrink wrapped so VERY WRINKLED. Had I known their rugs do not come on a roll I would have never purchased. We are still working on the wrinkles. We are in our 80s and getting up and Down from the floor is not easy. I will from now on ask if rugs are sold on a roll before purchasing. I have ordered several rugs over the years and this is the first time I received one in this ungodly wrinkled condition. I did receive unrealistic instructions for getting the wrinkles out ( like crawl around on the rug with a wet towel and hot iron on an extension cord and attempt to steam out the wrinkles). Neither one of us will be doing that. The other suggestion is “give it time”. What do you do with it while giving it time? We were very disappointed with packaging as ALOT of hassle could have been avoided if packaged on a roll. The company says carrier won’t transport on a roll. Get a different carrier?
