I am so glad i did because this rug is perfect for our home. its a firm looped wool. the texture is very high quality. Its not the super soft wool type of wool. Its a very well designed rug. Heads up, it does come folded. It's really odd that they didn't just roll it instead because it leaves marks in the rug. Now it needs some time to flatten out.
