I love the rug. It looks very nice but it took a while to get the kinks out of it from being rolled up but overall I’m very happy with it.!

There were instructions on the back to remove them but I had to Google better instructions. I flipped the rug face down and let it rest a few days. Then i used a steam iron over a damp white towel to iron the wrinkled out. I had to do this a couple of times on my 9x12 rug. Very labor intensive and time consuming. But I love the rug so I didnt mind. It now is laying flat.

Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · MultiThe rug has a unique design and looks great on vinyl plank flooring. The downside is that there are massive bumps and wrinkles from the shipping being folded, not rolled, and these are very hard to flatten.

I ordered another one which is round and it’s all folded up so that looks like it’s gonna be a nightmare to get wrinkles out of a request requested. They roll it, but they folded it.
