But it arrived folded which meant wrinkles that I hope will flatten eventually. Would recommend your rugs be rolled instead of folded! If not, then as soon as you get it, roll it for a few days before laying out

While the rug material itself was soft, the reason the creases wouldn’t come out is because the underside was almost crunchy. I ignored the bad reviews and bought anyway but wish I didn’t.

It’s in my entryway and my dog finds it cushier than the sisal rug we used to have so that’s a plus!
