It’s a beautiful rug and the colors are beautiful a little muted from the photo online but in the best way possible. If you like it buy it you will not be disappointed.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 Oval · MultiOrdered a very nice rug the cost was very reasonable but the rug that was delivered was not what I ordered called customer service explained the situation to them and I was told to send them pictures of the rug and they would follow up. I called them back the next day and was told in order to get the correct rug I would have to send back the rug I didn't order at my expense they sent me a video showing me what to do. I had to purchase a tarp and packing tape at a cost of $15 wrap it up and then take it to UPS. Eventually I received the correct rug when you factor in the additional $15 makes the purchase price not quite as good as it originally seemed.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · BrownNice color design and soft material, but this rug ripples and bunches up even after 3 days of being reverse rolled to try to flatten it out. Bought it on sale for $269, and now I can see why it's another $20 discounted for August. Waiting for a carpet to carpet rug pad from a different company to see if it will help smooth the rug down because it's too hard to send back. I wouldn't buy it again if I had known there would be problems keeping it flattened.
