The return policy discourages you to make a return

We needed a rug no wider than 5ft so we bought this rug. Unfortunately it actually was 5ft 2in wide and didn't fit the room. We paid $228 for it and were told we could return it using their Fedex account for $198. Upon reception of the returned rug they would give us only partial credit. The company is called Rugs.ca but is based in the US not Canada.

Love this pattern! It was just what I was looking for in the entry at my new salon. Doesn’t get dirty too easily and vacuums well. My only issue and it was solved easily with some tape underneath is that if not anchored down it slipped around easily when stepping onto it.

Outside rug only

Rug is pretty, color as expected. However listed as indoor outdoor. I would never use indoor, not soft at all and very stiff. I returned. Seems too light for outdoor as well.

Great quality. The design is woven into the product not just printed onto the surface. Colors are vibrant but not overpowering. I’ve returned many rugs but am Definitely happy with this purchase.

Outdoor carpet - not a runner

This “rug” made of material materials that are not suitable for an indoor rug. They are very low quality.

I love the colors and I love the modern updated look of my rug. A contemporary feel, which is exactly what I have been looking for some time. I placed it in the entranceway to my condo and it’s the perfect spot for it.
