Beautiful Rug

I bought this rug for my screened in porch. It exceeded my expectations. The colors are bold and vibrant, even more so than the pictures. It is thinner than I anticipated but I don't see this as a negative since it will be so much easier to store in the winter. I absolutely love it and am extremely happy.

Terrible customer service

I received the wrong rug by mistake and I understand mistakes happen. What I have a problem with is they expected me , a 73 year old woman, to package and take to shipping facility. I was told I should wrap it in plastic or tarp Which I don’t have. When I asked for pickup from my house I was told that was not an option. They eventually gave me a $20 store credit which I have no intention of using since I won’t shop here again!
