This rug was very well packaged and had zero smell on opening. The corners settled after a few hours with baskets of laundry on them. The rug pad I chose was a nice thickness and really makes the rug solid. No sliding even with a 60 lb puppy running across it. The colours are beautiful it's dense and soft. I don't think I'd buy a rug anywhere else after this.

My dogs also are grateful for a cozy surface on which to doze. So happy with this rug that I bought one more in this pattern of a different size. They look lovely together. And the price was right! The pattern looks fantastic from a few feet away but once you get a little closer the design is a bit harder to make out. Overall it's a nice rug. I ordered this on a Sunday And it arrived on Friday. Will definitely purchase from this website again!

I was a little nervous that the fringe would be too bright but it’s a really soft cream color. Picture was taken about 10 minutes after rolling it out it should lie completely flat quickly. I want one in every color now!

It still feels a bit plush even though we don't yet have a pad under it. It has quality binding around the edges and we really like the colors.
