It replaced a dark oriental and as my daughter said it still has that oriental feel but more modern. my only criticism is that it is a bit thin but we put a good rug pad under it and now it feels fine. I would recommend a nice thick rug pad under it.

I have to say I was very please with both the rug and the ordering and delivery process. My rug arrived within two days. It was very well packaged and damage free when I opened it. After unrolling it took about two days for the ends and the creases to settle out.The rug itself looked exactly as pictured. It has a low pile that does not shed and is soft underfoot. I’m very happy with this rug and would purchase again.

The pattern is slightly muted without looking to dull which I love. I rolled the rug with the pattern out for a few days to get rid of the rolled up corners and the rug lays perfectly flat now. Very happy with this rug.

Online description says the primary color is green. There is no green in this rug. None. It's a light blue taupe and cream. My one complaint is that it's very thin. I will be purchasing a rug pad for some cushioning.
