My first rug was brown pioneer rug and it was a bit thin but was still very soft and nice quality. This rug is totally different from the first one it's very rough scratchy and looks very cheap. I bought square rug and the sizing is off by full inch on one side. Design is as shown on the website pretty. I think I'm going to use it for a couple of years and will have to replace it.

Reviewing a different size or color: 5 Ft Round · TealThe color in the photo is not the color of the rug that will arrive at your house. The creases in the rug are so severe. I can understand why other people returned it saying that it never laid flat. My biggest issue was it was not at all the color as what was in the photo. The photo should’ve rug that had some medium gray the rug that showed up at my house was white or cream. Customer service was a joke. I will never purchase from this company again save yourself the frustration and work by purchasing a rug somewhere else.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Rose Pink and GrayOverpowering chemical odor! Pretty rug but I couldn't get it out of my home fast enough. The overpowering chemical smell gave me a headache & sore throat and I'm not usually environmentally sensitive like that. Thankfully I was able to get it back in the plastic wrapper to return for a refund... but if not I was ready to drop it at the nearest charity shop.
