No hidden fees at all it arrived in under a week! I LOVE the colour! It's vibrant and so soft! My pets took it over immediately.The colour of the rug is more true to the onsite video the photos make it look more aqua/teal than it really is.

The colour changes considerably from quite dark brown/black to a cinnamon brown with black highlights depending on where you view it which we like. Delivery was amazingly quick.
