Bad Quality
Ended up returning this rug. It came folded and the creases wouldn’t come out. While the rug material itself was soft, the reason the creases wouldn’t come out is because the underside was almost crunchy. I ignored the bad reviews and bought anyway but wish I didn’t.

This rug is beautiful and soft, lovely color, perfect for our office. But it arrived folded which meant wrinkles that I hope will flatten eventually. Would recommend your rugs be rolled instead of folded! If not, then as soon as you get it, roll it for a few days before laying out
