Disappointed

Love the print and colors of the rug but it was shipped folded up instead of being rolled up so now it has stretched out in the places where it was folded up and won’t lay flat.

Leopard rug very wrinkled

Love the rug, however, it came folded and not rolled. It was super wrinkled. There were instructions on the back to remove them but I had to Google better instructions. I flipped the rug face down and let it rest a few days. Then i used a steam iron over a damp white towel to iron the wrinkled out. I had to do this a couple of times on my 9x12 rug. Very labor intensive and time consuming. But I love the rug so I didnt mind. It now is laying flat.

Won’t flatten

Rugs from here come folded . You should roll 9’x 12’ not fold . I like the rug but it’s folding on the edges

Family room rug

The rug has a unique design and looks great on vinyl plank flooring. The downside is that there are massive bumps and wrinkles from the shipping being folded, not rolled, and these are very hard to flatten.

Completely unsatisfied.

The rug has creases that never flatten, its fraying on the edges after being in my home for less than 6 months.

The pattern of this rug is pretty but it is so cheap. It came folded up which caused it to have bubbles and folds that will not come out. Super disappointed and will be either returning or selling.

I would do 0 stars if I could!

Having to make my first return! Awful smell, color, and completely did not align with the description.

Perfect rug

Loved the rug. Just the right weight and the color was true to description

It looks nice by my door, but

I don't like the way the corners roll up & sometimes catch my foot.

Instead of being rolled up, it has come all folded up, so I have not had time to figure out how to get all these wrinkles out. I requested it be rolled, but it came folded, not too happy with that.
