I love the rug. It looks very nice but it took a while to get the kinks out of it from being rolled up but overall I’m very happy with it.!

It came out folded and wrinkled. The pattern is barely noticeable. Looked like a plain beige rug. Do not recommend.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · MultiI absolutely love the rug but it came very wrinkled. Will these wrinkles come out? The rug was folded carelessly and is very crimped in places. The shipping of the rug needs to be greatly improved.

I have purchased form them in the past and always been happy, but this time it was an awful experience and it way too difficult to do the return.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5 Ft Round · MultiI ordered a 4x4 round rug for my powder room. Please understand THAT IS THE SIZE i have used and needed there for the past 20 years. The rug i received is larger than 4x4 and is actually too large. The rug is a nice quality but is too large. I had unpacked the rug and recycled all of the tremendous packing before if I put it in my powder room!!!! Not happy.

The quality is good & a value for the price. I love the colors, neutral tones just look I was looking for but still makes a splash w the print.
