The company tried to say that there's nothing wrong with it and so we have to pay a ridiculous amount to return it. It's a pretty cheap and nasty product and apparently a cheap and nasty company as well - avoid at all costs.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · SandI risked ordering it thinking it might be darker than the picture shows. But it arrived and wow!! Exactly what I was searching for. It’s a lot more of a white/grey blend I’m not sure why the picture gives it a brown tint. I would recommend buying a rug mat right away because it is a pretty thin rug (on carpet it will sit fine but on hardwood it will slide.)

Customer service slow at getting back to me, after my last email chase I was asked to return the rug at my expense which was have cost me £91, they told me. I informed them this is their mistake, I managed to get £120 refund and to keep the rug, which cost £149.

Upon opening it I realized it was too small ( my mistake) and I found the rug much thinner and the color more washed out than I expected. Certainly not the quality I expected for what I paid, not even at 50% off! I decided to return the rug but upon researching what it would cost me ($140 for a 4x6) I decided to cut my losses and take the $80 refund they offered me. Lesson learned… stick to Amazon! I also ordered the non slip underlay for which I paid $99. What a waste of money! My local Home Depot has better quality underlay for under $20. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to be disappointed with the quality and ready to lose money should you not like it.

I use it as a runner in the front door down the hallway.. it got too dirty unfortunately it was a rough winter. I sprayed protectant on this one with protectant!!!! Quality is also five stars. It won’t let me press it.
