Unacceptable Products and Business Practices

Arrived in appalling condition so tightly and irregularly folded that the creases won't come out. The company tried to say that there's nothing wrong with it and so we have to pay a ridiculous amount to return it. It's a pretty cheap and nasty product and apparently a cheap and nasty company as well - avoid at all costs.

Lovely Rug a lot more white in real life!

I risked ordering it thinking it might be darker than the picture shows. But it arrived and wow!! Exactly what I was searching for. It’s a lot more of a white/grey blend I’m not sure why the picture gives it a brown tint. I would recommend buying a rug mat right away because it is a pretty thin rug (on carpet it will sit fine but on hardwood it will slide.)

Rug delivered folded

The rug is a nice quality rug however shipping it by folding it is a terrible way to send a rug. After a month we are still trying to get the folded areas to settle down smooth. This has also affected the edges from not lying straight. A message,”The string did not match the expected pattern.” appeared when trying to send 5 pictures and only 2 showed on my review. If rugs being flat with squared corners and straight edges matter to you I would recommend buying from a provider that rolls the rug for delivery.

Not what I expected

The rug and pad came in a folded bundle wrapped in plastic. Needless to say, there were so many folds in both that was impossible to put them out. Also, I did not have the space in the area to unfold both. I put the pad out to try to deal with the lumps. I rolled the rug up. After waiting 2 days I unrolled the rug on the pad. It’s been 5 days that I have been living with a very lumpy rug and an unsafe trip problem. It’s been rolled up lengthwise and width wise. Still lumps.

Takes long time to flatten

The rug arrives folded, and as such takes a long time to flatten down. Otherwise it's nice.

I like the color. I like the style. I am sad that it is not anywhere close to being as soft as my other rug. I thought I went into the Brielle Collection to look for a rug. Your rug came up and I liked the look of it and the size was right so I thought it would be a super soft Brielle Collection rug like the other one I have, but I see this one is from Auroura Collection and made of Polypropylene instead of polyester. But it will do. Thank you.

Disappointed

Very disappointing experience with Rugs.ca. I ordered the 10 x 14 Aurora rug in Vintage Blue, but the rug that arrived was clearly stone gray, not the colour I ordered. I contacted customer service and, to their credit, they did initiate a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement has now arrived — and it is incorrect again. I have received the wrong colour twice for the exact same order. I understand that colour can sometimes vary slightly from photos online, but this is not a minor variation. Vintage Blue and Stone Gray are distinctly different colours, and receiving the wrong rug twice is extremely frustrating, especially with a 10 x 14 rug that is not exactly an easy item to return and replace. At this point, I’m very disappointed with both the quality-control process and the overall experience. I ordered a specific rug and colour and simply expected to receive what I paid for. Two incorrect shipments is unacceptable.

Backing is very thin, rug is lumpy and doesn't lay flat.
